Although lead times vary from order to order, generally allow 2-3 weeks minimum on all orders
Larger or specialized orders may take longer, but we will work with you to the best of our ability to
complete your order promptly
“Rush” request orders may be subject to a 25% charge

We provide an installation guide is provided with every order. Please contact us with any questions
Returns Notify us within five business days of any elements which are defective or harmed in shipping, and
we will replace them promptly
We cannot grant returns after five business days
Elements broken during or after installation may not be returned

Shipping
All orders under 50 sqft will be shipped via UPS
Shipping rates may also be pre-calculated and added to your invoice
Larger orders will be shipped freight by the carrier
All orders are shipped from Pennsylvania
